  • Core attitudes or fears you internalized.

2. What happened

• Catalyst / Turning Point:
  • A crisis, loss, relationship, illness, or sudden awakening.
  • A teacher, mentor, book, or community that shifted your view.
• Spiritual Direction:

• Advice to Others:
  • What you would tell someone who is at the beginning of their journey.
